Shipping policy

At Wickerhearts we aim to post orders out to you within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, however at busy periods like Christmas, Bank Holidays etc, please understand that this may take a little longer. 

We usually post items by Royal Mail 48hr Tracked which should usually take 2-3 working days to deliver in the U.K. 

Delivery is £3.95 per order in the UK. 

** If you spend over £25 delivery is FREE ! **

You should allow between 3-5 working days for delivery.

If you require your order to be delivered quickly however, we can post it by Special Delivery but the cost for this is £6.95. Please select Express at the checkout or contact us if you require this service.  

** POSTAGE OUTSIDE OF THE U.K ** 

 Wickerhearts currently ships within the United Kingdom only. 

We have made this decision to ensure that all orders arrive promptly and without complications. International deliveries can often experience significant delays and customers may also be subject to additional customs charges, duties and handling fees beyond our control. By limiting our shipping to the UK, we are able to provide a more reliable and transparent delivery experience for our customers.
